Our 800+ Martians across North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia exist to drive growth for our people, our clients, and our communities all across the globe.We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Business Intelligence to lead our BI efforts, manage a small team of developers, and collaborate with product and engineering leaders. This role will be instrumental in developing BI tools, dashboards, and custom reports that provide meaningful insights to our internal teams and clients.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, mentor, and support a small team of BI developers.
• Work closely with product and engineering leaders to design and implement BI tools and interfaces that enable data-driven decision-making.
• Develop custom data tools and reports tailored to client needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and usability across all BI initiatives.
• Optimize and improve BI strategies, workflows, and technologies.SKILLSETS REQUIRED:
• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data.
• Experience with Looker or other BI visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience working with product and engineering teams to deliver data solutions.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
