Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance.Financial Planning: Develop customized financial plans to achieve long-term and short-term objectives.Investment Guidance: Provide advice on investment options like stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and retirement plans.Retirement Planning: Help clients prepare for retirement by analyzing savings plans and creating strategies to maximize benefits.Tax Optimization: Advise on strategies to reduce tax liabilities while remaining compliant with tax laws.Insurance Planning: Recommend appropriate insurance policies to protect clients' assets and manage risks.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all advice and transactions adhere to industry regulations and legal standards.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:-Active Life & Health Insurance License. And/or-Series 7, Series 66, and SIE Registrations.-Minimum 2 years of experience as a financial advisor or wealth management professional.-Proven expertise in building and sustaining strong client relationships.-Demonstrated success in assessing financial goals and developing impactful strategies to achieve them.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Entrepreneurial drive and a commitment to practice growth.Please note that while the salary range listed is average for an advisor, the potential earnings for the role are great.
