Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to support
its legal team and streamline contract processes.
Key Responsibilities
Administer the contract lifecycle management (CLM) tool and manage
workflows
Partner with Deal Desk to facilitate contract negotiations
Coordinate with external counsel for contract reviews and
specialist issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in legal operations, preferably in a
fast-paced environment
Experience implementing and streamlining CLM systems
Strong interest and proficiency in technology and digital tools
Ability to manage a high volume of contracts with tight
deadlines
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a small team
setting
