Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Associate Contract Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts for
healthcare community members
Coordinate contract execution, distribution, and ensure compliance
with contractual terms
Process invoices, reimbursements, and payments related to
healthcare contracts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in resource management,
paralegal, contracting, or financial accounting
Experience with SAP and familiarity with healthcare regulations
Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and healthcare
compliance
Experience in managing moderately complex agreements
Familiarity with analytics software and financial systems
