and Impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead teams to provide members with access to funds, opportunities,
and community support
Shape and communicate a member-informed strategy using data and
research to influence policy
Manage and mentor senior leaders, fostering a collaborative and
high-performing team culture
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in relevant fields/functions
5+ years in a senior-level position
Experience managing multiple functions or departments
Experience building successful new teams or user-centric
products
Experience leading initiatives that enhance customer/member
experience
