for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Customer Success
Team. This unique role allows you to help shape the customer's
experience from the inside out. If you're passionate about building

for you.You will be a trusted liaison to our customers, building
genuine relationships. This is a dynamic role that requires
self-motivation, a high degree of organization, outstanding
communication skills, professionalism, and adaptability. You will
lead the way for excellent customer experience, setting the tone
for a lasting connection with unlimited potentialOur team not only
fosters relationships with our customers but also collaborates with
Sales Account Managers, Technical Support, Training, and
Engineering teams to champion our customers' success. Additionally,
you will steer customers towards new opportunities & offers from
the organization, connect them with the full support they need, and
ensure they maximize the benefits of our services & products. At

one of our Customer Success Managers, you'll be at the heart of
making that happen.Your key contributions in this role will
be:Serve as a customer champion, guiding clients through the
post-sales process and ensuring they are taking full advantage of
the value of our products.Offer dynamic, personalized
recommendations for software adoption based on understanding each
customer's unique needs and objectives.Proactively nurture customer
relationships, identifying opportunities for growth while
addressing potential challenges before they arise.Provide value to
customers in every interaction, focusing on their business goals
and how our solutions can help them succeed.Conduct semi-annual
check-ins to maintain engagement and build strong, lasting
partnerships. Monitor for, gauge, and promote customers' levels of
engagement to improve the likeliness of renewals.Provide thoughtful
cross department feedback for service improvements.Contribute to
the overall success of the team as we continue to expand and
evolve.We are looking for candidates with the following experience
and skills, however, even if you do not meet all the listed
requirements, very interested candidates should still apply:2 - 5
years of previous experience as a Customer Success Manager in the
Tech, SaaS, or related industry.Experience using CRM systems,
ideally experience with ChurnZero and NetSuite. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build
rapport and trust quickly.Professional, client centric demeanor,
with a background providing B2B C-level customer support.Proven
ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, have impeccable
follow-through in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A proactive,
solution-oriented mindset with a deep interest in understanding our
customers and their needs.A collaborative team player who thrives
in cross-functional environments.A self-starter who is comfortable
taking ownership and drives initiatives to successful outcomes.A
passion for customer success and has a passion for meeting their
own goals while being part of an evolving & upbeat team.Competitive
Compensation Includes:This is a full-time, in-person position.
Competitive compensation includes a base salary, plus incentive
structure, with additional opportunities for commission and
