Job Description:

Locum Correctional Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) 122948: Central, Ohio
Schedule - 4/10's or 5/8's
Hours - 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (Tuesday - Friday) or 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
Start - ASAP
Length of Assignment - 2-3 months with potential for longer
Staffing Mix - MD/DO, RN, LVN, and CMA
EMR - Fusion
Capacity - 2,900 males - minimum & medium custody
Typical Clinic Visits - Physicals, chronic care visits, sick call, and some urgent walk-in appointments. True emergency visits are sent off site for health care
Education and Experience Requirements:
NP Certification
Valid license to practice medicine in the state of Ohio.
Current DEA and BLS certifications.
Valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record is required
