Job Description:
The Flanker Kitchen + Sporting Club line cook will prepare food
using Company recipes and menu items, maintaining quality and
consistency.Key responsibilities include:
- Handling allergy and dietary restrictions and
modifications.
- Following orders from the POS system and expeditor.
- Maintaining station and kitchen cleanliness and
sanitation.
- Executing assigned recipes and providing product
knowledge.
- Communicating needs to chefs and support staff.
- Verifying cover counts, BEOs, and Fire Sheets.
- Setting up station and performing opening/closing
procedures.
- Reporting equipment damage and maintaining a positive
attitude.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment and embodying integrity
and continuous improvement.
- Participating in team learning and maintaining professional
appearance standards.
- Having a current Utah Food Handler Card.
- Attending daily pre-service meetings.The ideal candidate is
able to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods, lift 50 lbs,
and work a flexible schedule with varying shifts.Flanker Kitchen +
Sporting Club is part of Carver Road Hospitality, a Las
Vegas-headquartered hospitality company.The venue features a
restaurant, bars, LED screens, karaoke rooms, a nightclub, and a
cocktail lounge with bowling.Open seven days a week, the restaurant
serves American bar and grill food, eclectic offerings, and
playfully crafted desserts.
