Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter (SaaS/Healthcare
IT) for a 3-month remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen qualified applicants through various channels
Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers throughout
the recruitment process
Analyze talent acquisition procedures and develop more efficient
recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources management, or a
related field
At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate setting or
recruiting agency
Experience recruiting for SaaS Sales and Support roles is
preferred
Strong working knowledge of talent management software/applicant
tracking systems (ATS)
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
