Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Product)
to support their recruiting efforts for technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand tech hiring needs
and develop recruitment strategies
Source and engage candidates through various channels including job
boards and social media
Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical
skills and cultural fit
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in tech recruitment, particularly in
product and analytical roles
Strong understanding of product development and analytical tools
(e.g., Python, SQL)
Proficient in sourcing talent using platforms like LinkedIn
Recruiter and GitHub
Ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring
strategies
Passionate about technology and staying updated on industry
trends
