Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Service Specialist to provide
patient engagement and technical support in a remote healthcare
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to educate patients on remote healthcare
monitoring services and assist with enrollment
Guide patients in setting up Bluetooth-enabled monitoring devices
and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Document interactions and collaborate with team members to maintain
performance metrics and ensure excellent patient support
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in healthcare services, such as in a
hospital or clinic
Familiarity with common medical devices and general technical
devices
Experience working in a remote environment
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or
degree preferred
Bilingual proficiency, preferably in Spanish
