Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Accounts Payable Clerk to work
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Process daily accounts payable transactions and manage vendor
invoices
Reconcile monthly vendor statements and maintain accurate vendor
records
Assist in preparing financial reports and participate in year-end
close activities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting
preferred
4-6 years of relevant accounts payable experience
Proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and
VLOOKUPs
Experience with expense management systems like Concur is
beneficial
