A company is looking for a Sr. Condo Processor to provide
exceptional customer service and file quality in the mortgage
processing sector.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with various companies to obtain and verify project
documentation
Perform thorough reviews and analyses of project-related documents
before submission
Manage the loan application pipeline and document all related
communications in the system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of residential mortgage processing
experience
Excellent math and analytical skills
Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, and
Windows
