Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Trainer II to
enhance the effectiveness of its sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a comprehensive sales training curriculum,
including onboarding and ongoing development
Collaborate with sales leaders to create training content and
ensure alignment with key learning objectives
Measure the success of training programs and identify areas for
improvement through KPIs and sales feedback
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and sales
enablement, preferably in an enterprise SaaS or technology
environment
Proven ability to design and execute sales enablement strategies
that yield measurable results
Experience in designing learning programs, including sales training
and skills development
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into
actionable strategies
Experience with sales enablement platforms, LMS, CRM systems, and
content management tools is highly preferred
